About Chairperson
Renu Paswan: A Pioneering Woman Who Broke Down All Barriers and Paved the Way for Future Generations.
In a world where women have often been relegated to the sidelines, Renu Paswan stands tall as a woman of steel, power, and change. Her journey from a small village in Bihar, India, to becoming one of the most influential women on the global stage is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Renu hails from Muzaffarpur, Bihar where she completed her schooling before pursuing her graduation from Bangalore University and master’s degree from Pune University. She then joined Infosys in Pune where she gained 12 years of valuable work experience. However, Renu’s true passion lay in social work and 8 years ago, she began her journey by initiating projects in Maharashtra.
